can i file for discrimination

Im hispanic and work in a wherehouse,i was listening to hispanic music on the radio,other employee plays the music sometimes louder than i did and had never received any

harrasment from any supervisor or employee as i did.

i feel i was treated unfair or discreminated for listening

spanish music.

Because you did not suffer any actual damage such as getting fired, you do not have a economically viable case. If this treatment continues, record it and consider filing a complaint with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Keep in mind, however, that once you file a complaint the employer might illegaly fire you - then you might have a case, but not a job.
