Legal Question in Employment Law in California

When to file for discrimination (Statue of Limitations)

EEOC investigated my case. I have 90 days to file. DFEH gave me a right to sue letter, it will expire 3/31/07. When do I file if I want to file under State Law? Which letter supersedes my legal rights to fiel?

This post just appeared. For some reason it was delayed.

Evidently, the DFEH claim has expired, so you will have to file under the EEOC charge.
