Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Can I file a lawsuit against my Union for slander and defamation of character? They are trying to accuse me of stealing and Misappropriating money. None of which I have done. However, they are going to try and have a trial held under the CWA constitution.

Maybe. But you need to focus on the trial and make sure you have someone defend you. If they win, then you will not have any viable claims.
