How much is the "filing fee" for a wrongful termination or harassment or discrimination lawsuit cost in California?

It depends upon the county as they can charge different amounts. Los Angeles County Superior Court I believe is $330.00 to file but don't forget that there is (generally) an attorney service that also charges a fee to serve that lawsuit on the defendant(s) and to file a "Proof of Service" with the court's clerk. Each county's Superior Court has a page on their website that lists fees. You can access all county websites through the Judicial Council of California at http://courtinfo.ca.gov

if it is an unlimited case the filing fee is approximately 300.00. service, depending on how hard it is to effect, could be anywhere from 80.00 to a couple hundred dollars.
