Legal Question in Employment Law in California

final payment after termination & vacation pay

I sevreal questions, all related to termination.

1)I was recently terminated after 7 months of employment with a restaurant. The company handbook states only that each management member is entitled to 2 weeks vacation after 1 year. Am I entitled to any portion of this vacation pay before 1 year of service if terminated?

2)I have still not recieved the management bonuses I am owed for my last 2 months. Is it true that Iam supposed to be paid as though I am still a salaried employee until the time I have recieved all of my final pay, even bonuses?

3) My final check was not available to me until 6 days after termination, 4 days after my last shift. Am I entitled to anything because of this?

4) I was terminated Thursday afternoon but made to work 2 extra shifts in order to get severance pay (only 1 week) and a letter of recomendation. I did so, but never recieved the recomendation. What are my rights? Should I have been given 2 weeks severance?

thank you,

File a claim for all of it with the state labor commissioner. they will sort it out and get you your money.
