Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Firearms in the work place.

I was curious what are, or if any, laws are there about firearms in the workplace? I was fired from my postion with a company because I questioned the legality of a firearm being in my workplace. I am currently trying to form a case against the employer and was wwondering what are the laws against having a firearm in the workplace.

it depends on who has it. employers are allowed to have a gun at the workplace.
