Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was fired a while back from a job when a new a manager came in and happened to dislike me for some reason. I filed for unemployment and was recieving payments from edd for a good 3 months or so. Then, one day, I get an appeals form from my former employer. I had a pretty good rebuttle but I ended up losing the case! Anyways, Im young and have never gone through this before, nor do I know much about the law in this area, but I was just wondering, can my former employer sue me for the money she had to pay to unemployment?

It is not the employer that would come after you for the payments, rather, it is the EDD that will seek repayment. They will accept a payment plan.
