fired while collecting disability
i have one week to report to work or i will be fired.
i have exhusted my 12 weeks of fmla. i am still under a doctors care and unable to work. will i still be eligable for disability? from what i've researched i won't qualify for unemployment.

Request that your employer work with you to identify some way to reasonably accommodate your disability, such as extending your leave or allow you to work from home. If they refuse to even discuss this with you, have your case evaluated by an employment law attorney in your area.
