Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was just fired from my job, and my boss sent me text messages that i could possibly use against him if i decide to take legal action, the only problem is that i accidently deleted those messages, is it possible for my phone company to give me a detailed list of those messages and what they said?

Does your service have a deleted file that saved the message? If not, call your phone company and ask them this question.
