Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was fired from my job and I wasnt given any reason. My supervisor only said that he didnt see me on the "team" in the near future.

You were an at-will employee. Just as you had the right to quit for any reason or no reason, they had the right to fire you for no reason, or any reason that is not illegal discrimination or retaliation, and they have no obligation to tell you why. In fact, I advise employer clients never to give a reason. Just say, "It's not working out for us to have you as an employee."
