Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was fired from my job with no warning, or write-up after Money went missing from a safe. They have no proof that it was me who took the money. They had the LAPD question me and a month later I was fired.

If you were an "at-will" employee, as most employees are, employers do not need a reason to terminate. They terminate the employment relationship simply because they don't trust you.
However, if they were to tell third parties, such as prospective employers, that you were fired for theft, and the statement is false, you can sue them for defamation.
