Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Fired unjustly from my job

If I feel I was discriminated against by a supervisor, and shortly after he fired me before he quit, can I sue the company for discrimination? I had just written a letter to the Corporate office and 3 days later, I was fired. Do I have a case?

Just because you feel that you were discriminated against doesn’t necessarily mean that you were. You should consult a local labor and employment attorney to discuss your matter in more detail to determine whether you have a case against your employer or not.
