Flextime
Can an employer legally offer flextime to one employee but not any other employees who have worked for the company the same amount of time?

Flextime is, in many circumstances, illegal. My question wouldn't be so much about whether it's fair to give flextime to one person versus another, but whether it's legal to impose it to anyone at all.
