forced to drive with out pay

the company i work for sents me out to service customers.for example i drive 30 miles takes me 2 hours to get their .if the customer is not home i dont get paid anything.nothing at all is that legal i used my car

The short answer is that it probably is a violation of California labor laws to refuse to pay you for the time you incurred. I am currently representing truck drivers in a lawsuit against a major organization with similar policies. If you are interested in a consultation, please contact my office.
