Legal Question in Employment Law in California
A friend of my was suspended (with pay at work) and told he was under investigation, but not told what for. Is that legal? They've kept him completely in the dark as to what the reason is.

He needs a lawyer as soon as possible. Employers take advantage of the fact that they have legal counsel and he doesn't.
