Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Just trying to get a general interpretation of the language used here; I.E., is this favorable to the plantiff or defendent? Generally speaking, what does this mean?
"MOTION to Strike Amended Complaint Defendant's Notice of Motion and Motion to Strike Or, in the Alternative, to Dismiss Plaintiff's PAGA Representative Claim by XXX Corporation. (Attachments: # (1) Memo of Points and Authorities In Support, # (2) Compendium of Authority In Support, # (3) Proof of Service)(XXXX)."

It means the defendant has filed a motion to throw out the plaintiff's complaint, along with supporting documents and proof of service on the plaintiff.
