What is gonna happen if I complain?

Since I've been Employed with this company,I have been making suggestions on ways to improve our workplace,especially in the area of safety,but it seems I'm always ignored and when someone else later suggest the same more often than not action is taken. Mind you I go to the top. I've even directly explained this in writing to the top.But the issue that gets me most is safety. Often I've asked for safety training, MSDS sheets,the company does make provisions for safety shoes and glasses but I am the only one in our facility who makes use of this.The last two weeks I've got two cuts(one coworker was cut the same way a week earlier),a bruise,an annoying scratch and a sore buttock from a fall.None of which was life threating but could've been prevented.My supervisor witnessed all of this.I requested with HR to be on the safety committee two months ago and never heard from them.What I really dont want is for any of my coworkers to become seriously injured because of this irrational neglect for our safety.A month ago I wound up on crutches from a nonwork injuryand brought in a dr. note for modified work detail.I was given a chair to prop my leg on carry on like normal.@$#$! I am so fed up!

if they are violating the law in some way then you can report them, otherwise, use the safty equipment yourself and mind your own business.
