Gratuities / Tips

I was terminated by my previous employer on 11/1/2004. I want to know if I am intitaled to collect at gratuities on the events that I booked before my termination. For the months of November and December.

If you are referring to gratuities or tips, you are not entitled to collect them unless you work the event. If you are referring to a sales commission for booking the event, depending on the particular facts, you may be entitled to collect commisions.
