Harassment
I am a manager and have been accused of harassing an employee whom I supervise. This employee has not given specific incidents in which he/she was harassed. I have given this employee two written warnings for valid infractions. I have also spoken with this employee several times regarding these same issues. What can I do to protect myself against these accusations?

Document this person's infractions as they happen, and have another person confirm them. Have your manager or other supervisory person present when you give the warnings or interact with him/her. If you have a personnel or human relations department, involve them.
