Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Harrasment / Work Stress

Within the last two month with my present employer I go to work with a knot in my stomach, neck pain, headache, and my jaw (TMJ) hurts - this does not accrue till I'm 10-15 mins from my employer building, and on my days off I recover from the above symptoms till I have to go back to work. My personal/family life is also affect by this. Through out my work day my symptoms get worst when the owner of the business is present. I work well with most of my co-workers. It even comes to where my co-workers ask if I'm ok due to they see that I'm not myself. These symptoms come about due to her little comments I do not do my job fully, her non-verbal communication towards me, micro managing me, her tone of voice when she talks to me, and in some of her comments she states I'm not smart (not in those words). It also been said to me she complains about me when I'm not present. I did go to my supervisor ask what is going with her after 10 months on the job all of sudden everything I do at my job is a problem for her, how come she did not present this sooner in my employment so I can correct these issues sooner. My supervisor quotes I do not know why (no comment), I do not want to train another person for you job. Do I have a case?
