Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Hello,
I am looking for an employment lawyer to help me with 2 issues.
1. I am a Nurse Case Manager that works in the field and I believe I am Misclassified as Salary Exempt.
I have no position of authority, I report to 3 different people, I must clock in and out daily as well as sending emails at each stop throuout my day (upwards of 20 emails daily). I have no authority or people that I supervise. Lastly, they changed my title from Case Manager to Care Coordinator. I work the exact same position as the rest of my team but am denied breaks, lunches and overtime.
2. I am being harassed, retaliated and secluded for supporting Union efforts.
I have been assigned to work from the office on days when no one else is there. I have been assigned different field days from my coworkers to prevent us talking. The entire team wrote emails complaining of harassment but only I was called to a meeting with management and HR about it. I have been called a "ring leader" in multiple team meetings, and many other examples.
I have written proof of all of my concerns. I have been keeping all emails and chats related to these issues. I have 5 coworkers with written documentation that can attest to the harassment.
Thank you for your consideration!

For your harassment case, if you are stressed out and can't do your customary work, you may file a worker's compensation case and even go on disability if you can't tolerate the harassment.
