Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Hi
I want to knw my legal right for wrongful termination at facility I use to work. My manager write me up for rolling my eyes on her. I wrote me that i have attitude problem and insubordination and when i complained to my director , he said manager is always right . I escalate my complain to Hr Director , next day due to retaliation i was terminated with no final check with no surveillance . I feel it was workplace haraasment and my manager has discriminated me on basis of my nationality and my marital status and retaliation. Can you sue them or take legal action.I am unemployed and EDD asked me why i was terminated and what was on termination letter and as of now i don't have any unemployment check and actively looking for work. Can't afford lawyer .:(. can the justice be done .
