Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hired at one company, working for 3...

I'm in a strange situation. I was hired by one company, and work for it, and two others who are all owned by the same guy. I was never told about the other two, BEFORE I was hired. Now I'm tired of doing 3 companies divergent workloads and want to stick to the one company, but think they will try to terminate my employment. Do I have legal recourse if they do?
