Legal Question in Employment Law in California
When I was hired I completed paper work at the corp. office. At the time I was not given copies of what I signed. I have asked several times for copies and been told "oh yea I'll get that to you" I have yet to receive anything. Is the company breaking any laws by not giving me copies?

Refer your employer to California Labor Code section 432.
