Legal Question in Employment Law in California

hostile workplace enviorment

I was hired at a small company that has high turnover. Now they have posted my job on a national employement search site. Everyone in the office is treating me coldly. The workplace environment is hostile. I saw them do this to another employee, making them do busy work while the whole office, except that person, KNEW they were getting fired. How can I just get this over with so I can find othwer employement? I have never been given a warning or anything but am in a probationery period in an at-will state.
