Housing.

How long do you have to leave housing that is furnshed with your job, after you are let go.

Re: Housing.

In California, the tenancy -- if part of the benefits package of employment -- terminates when employment is ended. However, the landlord/employer must file an unlawful detainer action to evict of the employee does not leave. Once filed and served on the employee, he/she has 5 days to answer, and then a trial is set, no earlier than 20 days thereafter. Hope this helps.
