Legal Question in Employment Law in California

No H.R. department

I work for a company in California with only 7 employees. My boss , who is the General Manager, and another employee are constantly doing things to discredit each other to the owners and this often affects me and one other employee. We are both so stressed we would like to quit but are at an age where jobs aren�t easy to find. The owners are not available for us to talk to and there is no H.R. department. Is there anything we can do?
