hurt at work

I work as a truck driver and the company I work for contracts out to Walgreen drug stores while unloading the truck I was injured. I was injured because the load was not loaded right. I would like to know if I can sue walgreen who is not my employer but who was responealbe for the injury

Generally, you should be covered under the workers compensation insurance of your employer or under his liability insurance. This type of worker's compensation cases are called a third party case meaning that there is another party in addition to your employer who is responsible for your injuries.
