Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Husband not paid over-time for double shifts and not paid for whole shift.

My husband is a security guard and was not paid for multible double shifts and one whole shift. His boss has now cut his hours in half, he has done so just after my husband begain to question why he was paid for shifts and why over time was not given for double shifts. Please help!

File a claim with the labor board and call us.
