Implied Policies
I work for a medical organization. I was given a copy of the employee handbook to read before I started working for the organization. The policy on dress code stated simply ''professional''. Tattoos and Piercings were not mentioned at all. Can the employer ask for these items (tattoos or piercings) to be removed or covered using a implied policy as a backing?
