I had an incident I am D S P taking care of People with Intellectual and Development Desability, adults with autism, Down sindrome and mental retardier , my supervisor in order to save money asked me to take my van to e field trip, of course I accepted to take my van, but when I went to the restroom with my consumers at Wall-Mart I felt under presure for the others groups that were waiting for me, then when I went to my van out of Wall-mart I didn't check that one of the consumers was in wall mart, then when we arrived to the place, one hour, I realized that one of my consumers there wasn't with me. Of course I was fire. The police came to me saying that they are going to give the report to the District Attorney. What can I do, even I have no money

If you get charged with a crime, you will be entitled to an attorney from the public defenders office. If you get sued civilly, your employer is likely responsible and should provide you with representation also. Don't talk to the police without an attorney present. Just ask for an attorney.
