Work harrassment and slander are serious torts. If you were unable to continue working there because of the hostile environment you would be entitled to lost wages, general damages (pain and suffering), and, worker's compensation benefits for the stress at work claim filed simultaneousely with the civil action. Please contact me directly at (619) 222-3504.

It is unlawful to withhold payment of your pay. You can go to the Labor Commissioner in your area or consult an attorney. You have a potential claim for harassment if you can show that it is motivated by unlawful reasons. More info is required to evaluate whether you have a basis for a civil suit. Your medical records are confidential. If a doctor gives information about you to your employer without your consent, you can sue the doctor and your employer.
