I was injured at work do I have to seek treatment at the Medical Clinic my company designates or can I go and see my family doctor that I trust more for treatment

You need to treat with employer/insurance company doctor. However, don't be surprised if their doctor release you back to work almost immediately and refused to provide treatment.
