Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was injuried on the job several months ago but never filed a claim and now my pain is unbearable. Can I still file for wc?

Yes. Generally, you have one year from the date of an injury to file a workers compensation claim. If your employer hasn't yet provided you their workers comp form, you should request it, fill it out and submit it to the employer's workers comp carrier.

Yes, you can still file. You need to report your injury to your employer and demand treatment. Feel free to us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
