Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I was injuried on the job several months ago but never filed a claim and now my pain is unbearable. Can I still file for wc?

Yes. Generally, you have one year from the date of an injury to file a workers compensation claim. If your employer hasn't yet provided you their workers comp form, you should request it, fill it out and submit it to the employer's workers comp carrier.
