injury
while employed, i slipped on black ice and felt my ankle pop. i tell 4 managers about it to put on record, they didn't put it on record and fire me two weeks later. is that something i can sue for?

If you were on the job at the time of the incident, you may be entitled to workers compensation to cover your medical bills and pain and suffering. You can still file that paperwork.
Depending on many factors, if you believe you were fired only for making the injury claim, you might have a claim in workers compensation for retaliation.

If you were not terminated for other reasons, not related to your injury, you are likely to have a disability discrimination and retaliation claim. Of course, more facts are needed to determine when this is worth pursuing in light of all available evidence.
