Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Intentional Misrepresentation and Deceipt

My General Manager hired me with the agreement I would be replacing him upon his departure. He then had me preform Billateral tasks in order to train me for his position. I did alot of my bosses work for him- he explained it was to prepare me for his position. We had a mutual agreement regarding the promotion that others on staff were aware of . I worked extra hours I was not compensated for. Then I discovered the General Manager participated in an intentional misrepresentation and deceipt. He concealed the training of his friend for his postion instead. He then questioned me about my homosexuality ( Claiming he had heard rumors). He then left without notice for another location and promoted his friend instead of me. He not only bonused off my hard work- but I had increased sales almost $10,000./week! What can I do? I am still with the company and Training My BOSS'S replacement! Can I get any kind of restitution? My Resume has been ruined! Please respond!
