Legal Question in Employment Law in California
jerk boss
My boss personally insults me. Most recently he called me
untrustworthy and dishonest. My boss is the owner and president of a
small 5 person company with no HR department or employee manual.
How can i determine if his behavior is illegal and how should I handle
that situation?

Unless the reason he calls you dishonest and untrustworhy is because you belong to a certain group or because you are female, this type of harassment is not illegal.
