Legal Question in Employment Law in California

''Job Question''

I was put on Administrative leave for suspicion of burglary at my job. I have been given two polygraphs and pass one and the other was undetermined. FBI already talked to me and was told i was clear. L.A.P.D however thinks that i may be contacted later for questions. it's been 3 yrs now and havent heard anything. i had a good job and great position. i was a victim of a crime that i'm on suspicion for. Admin papers from work say that i'm on admin leave pending end of investigation. i contacted the officer that was interviewing me, but never got an answer or a returned call. Do i have a case against my old company for unjustifyingly letting me go. i did not do anything wrong and yet have not heard from them.

Re: ''Job Question''

No. In California employment is at will. They do not need a justification to let someone go.
