Jurisdiction for a potential law suit against a Pennsilvania based company

I have not being paid my commissions due, I am contemplating to sue my previous employer for past due commissions and overtime pay. My employer is based out of state and I reside in California. Where lies jurisdiction? And can I ask for damages?

Yes, you can ask for damages and if you and your employer entered into the commission agreement in CA, then you can sue in CA.
