Can a supervisor demand that you go into a room with 2 other supervisors and then physically block you from leaving that room by holding the door shut while I cried and pleaded to leave?

You might have a good case for Libel. You should have an Attorney examine the letter.

Sorry, disregard my previous answer. Wrong question. You might have a claim for False Imprisonment based on the fact that you were in a room and were physically restrained from leaving. Contact a lawyer to discuss your matter further.
