Labor Settlement

i'm trying to settle with my previous employer over unpaid vacation and their lawyer has sent me a settlement letter that i'm unsure about signing.

It's a good idea to review the settlement agreement and release before you execute it, to make sure it's drafted fairly and accurately and protects your rights as much as it protects the employer's rights.
