I Have Been Working the Same Place For over 3 years and suddenly i had a phone call this past saturday and was told that if i wasent going to show up on saturday that was my day off i should't show up again and they owe me for minimum 14 days work over 100 hours overtime with a lot of paid vacation time that they Refuse to pay ..Please Help Me....

If you were terminated, which isn�t clear from your statement, then your employer owes you all earned wages, which includes all overtime and vested or earned vacation time at the time of termination. Your employer cannot refuse to pay you earned wages and earned vacation. This would be a violation of the law.
