Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I am LAWFULLY picketing in front of a Company that did not pay husbands wages and cashed a $ 4,000.00 check in his name. Yes, I have filed a criminal complaint & gone to the Labor Board. Everything is pending. Today, the Company posted 2 large signs in front of their building with mine and my husbands FULL name and his previous record from years ago. I am aware that his record is public, however, how can it be acceptable for his full name and mine to be displayed in front of a business? In addition, they videotaped my young children the other day and now they are playing my kids voices loud for anybody to hear on a very busy street. I cannot see if they are playing the video somewhere, but that is my children's voices and mine telling them to stop videotaping my children. Can they post large signs with mine and my husbands full name with his personal info facing a very busy street? Can they videotape and take pictures of my kids? They are just morbid, sick people and I would appreciate your immediate advice, as I cannot afford an Atty, SADLY.
