laws on lifting

I work for a pallet company and recently hurt my back we were working 50 hours a week being pressured in production until i got hurt and some of these pallet are well over 50 pounds and i heard anything over that requires two workers, is that true p.s i was lifting over 450 pallets a day

There are no statutory limits of how many pounds and frequency you are required to lift. But if you have limitation that is aggrevating a work-related injury, a doctor may put individual restriction that is suitable to your particular limitation.
