Legal Question in Employment Law in California

laws in the workplace

what do you do if you have been harrassed, and discriminated against, repeatedly, at your workplace, but you have no wittnesses because the others are intimidated by the ''boss'' who is the culprit, and the human resources dept. are also profiting from keeping injustices concealed ?

You may wish to go above your Human Resources dept and directly to someone at your corporate office and file a formal complaint. Of course, that assumes that you have a corporate office. If not, you may wish to consult an Attorney as to the specifics of your case.
