Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My lawyer filed my case to the district court but misspelled my name wrong on the filed papers is this going to be a problem later on when and if the case gets settled or goes to trial?. I brought it up to his attention when looking it up on the online court records. He told me it should not be a problem but he will let the clerk know to rewrite the name. What should i do?

That is an easy fix, all he/she has to do is file an amendment and fix the name with the clerk.
