If I left my job following settlement stating no disparaging comments between me and employer can employer reveal content of my old emails to family members who still work for employer

These emails exchanged between me and another person reveal a relation that might compromise me with my family because of the nature if the relation and its sexual preference

Probably. It would depend in part on the wording of the anti-disparagement clause, but generally releasing information is not considered a disparaging comment.
