Is it legal for an employer to not give back the shifts back to his employe if he work for a serving position the dicided that he wanted his old bussing shifts back is it legal for them to give him a different schesul

Yes. You have no right to particular shifts under any circumstances. An employer can increase, decrease or change an employee's schedule any time the employer wants. Unless you have some kind of written contract guaranteeing specific hours and shifts, you have no right to anything but what the employer gives you as to hours and shifts.
