Legal limits of ''Observed urine sample submission''

What are (if any) the legal limits of intrusion? In regard

to exposure of genitalia, while submitting a urine sample at

at a collection site run by private enterprise? For purposes other than law enforcement?

Re: Legal limits of ''Observed urine sample submission''

If you are in a safety-sensitive industry, drug tests are required post-accident and may be required randomly, as well. These included monitored tests. How far can them go is an open question. However, they want to make sure you don't remove a substance from under your clothes to doctor the sample.

If it is an industry that is not safety sensitive, then there are major privacy issues with regard to providing a drug test in the first place. Please let me know which it is. -Robert
