Regarding a LEGAL SERVICE AGREEMENT.

If the agreement is signed by the client or the copy given to the client only has the clients signature and not the attorneys signature.

1. Is the agreement legally valid and biding?

Depends on whom you want to bind to it. A written agreement must be signed by the party sought to be bound. Of course it can still be evidence of an oral agreement without being signed.
